First Aider

First Aider

Health & Safety · Full-Time · Philippines / Project Sites

Position Overview

Provide workplace first aid, support emergency response, and maintain first-aid supplies at Philcore project sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate first aid within the scope of training and certification.
  • Coordinate emergency response and arrange further medical assistance when needed.
  • Maintain first-aid kits, supplies, and treatment records.
  • Report incidents and coordinate with the site safety team.
  • Support emergency drills and workplace health awareness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Training from the Philippine Red Cross or a DOLE-accredited first aid training provider.
  • Good communication and emergency response skills.
  • Willing to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Emergency Medical Services NC II holder, nursing graduate, or nursing aide preferred.
  • Workplace first aid experience is an advantage.
