Safety Officer (Female)

Safety Officer (Female)

Position Overview

Philcore System Solutions Power Inc. is hiring a Female Safety Officer with at least 2 years of relevant experience to support workplace safety, compliance, inspections, risk assessment, and project-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Monitor compliance with PPE, workplace safety rules, and project safety procedures
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and safety orientations as required
  • Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare incident reports, inspection records, and safety documentation
  • Coordinate with project teams on safety requirements and site concerns
  • Support emergency preparedness and safety awareness activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer
  • BOSH/COSH or equivalent safety training is an advantage
  • Knowledge of workplace safety, hazard identification, and compliance
  • Experience in safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Can prepare safety reports and documentation
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to work on-site

Preferred Qualifications

  • Female applicants only
  • Experience in construction, electrical, engineering, or project-site safety is an advantage
