Position Overview

Philcore System Solutions Power Inc. is looking for an experienced Electrical Tendering / Estimator to support the preparation of accurate and competitive project bids. The role will handle electrical quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, review of tender documents, and coordination of supplier and subcontractor quotations. Knowledge in civil works estimation is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, scope of work, and tender documents
• Prepare quantity take-offs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Prepare material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates
• Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare cost comparisons and project bid summaries
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial bid submissions
• Identify cost-saving alternatives and possible value-engineering options
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project, and Management teams
• Maintain organized tender and estimation records
• Assist with civil works estimation when required

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical Tendering, Estimation, and Project Bidding
• Knowledge in Quantity Take-Off, BOQ, and Cost Estimation
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications
• Knowledge in material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costing
• Familiar with supplier and subcontractor quotation evaluation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Electrical Engineering background is preferred
• Knowledge or experience in Civil Works Estimation is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
